Delivery Information

We offer a nationwide delivery service. 

When an order is placed, we will contact you within 48 hours to give you an estimated delivery time.  

Doors are glazed and finished to order.  Depending on the amount of customisation required and your location, it can take three to four weeks for an order to be delivered, but may be significantly less than this.

Delivery charges are based on geographic location and quantity of doors ordered.  Where possible, we aim to deliver using our own van.  When this is not possible a courier service will be used.  We ask that goods are checked on day of receipt and any issues brought to our attention within 24 hours.

If you live in the Channel Islands, Scottish islands or Northern Ireland and a delivery price is not listed for your product, please do contact us and we will investigate options!

You are always welcome to collect from the factory.  Our standard opening hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 but extended collection hours can be arranged for evenings and the weekend.
